Charges

This service receives no statutory funding and therefore runs as a social enterprise.

Clients are either charged the full cost or, where eligible, can be assisted to claim funding from the statutory sector.

How to arrange Support at Home?

An experienced, trained member of staff will visit you, either at home or in hospital, to carry out an assessment and discuss your wishes and needs.

This can be done directly with us at any time or towards the end of a package of care from either health or social care from the statutory sector. Support can be provided on a short term basis (such as a carer holiday period) or long term according to need.

A tailored package of support will be agreed with you and support workers will be introduced to provide the support.

Arrangements will be set up as soon as possible, but normally take a week. You will be contacted on a regular basis to ensure that you are happy with the service and so that we can review it.
